Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between users and our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviours.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts and facilitate user feedback.
- User Flows and Information Architecture: Develop user flows and information architecture to ensure a logical and intuitive navigation experience.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centric design principles into product development.
- Design Systems: Contribute and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically about user experience challenges in data management and offer creative solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and user research findings to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design, usability, and accessibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX Design, preferably with a focus on SaaS or enterprise-level applications.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
