We're looking for a Software Architect to lead technical direction across our SaaS and on-premises observability platforms. You'll own system design decisions, work across distributed and cloud-native environments, and shape how Apica builds for the long term.
Apica is hiring a Product Manager or Product Owner with experience delivering cloud (SaaS) Monitoring, Observability, and Telemetry systems. Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Office, you will work closely with a small, high-performing team to sense market demands, analyze competitors, provide product direction, groom the backlog, own the roadmap, and ensure high-quality delivery of innovative enterprise-grade IT services.
At Apica, we help businesses see and solve problems in their systems before anyone else does. We build observability tools that make a real difference for companies worldwide. Our backend is built primarily in Golang and Python, with a React + TypeScript frontend. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack engineer with strong Golang experience to contribute across core platform systems, including distributed services, data pipelines, and access control. This role requires production maturity, system thinking, and ownership.
