Apica to Showcase Cloud Load Testing and Performance Monitoring Solutions at GDC, SXSW Interactive 2012

PALO ALTO, CA–(Marketwire – Mar 6, 2012) – Apica, a leading load testing and performance-monitoring provider for cloud and mobile applications, today announced its participation at two significant upcoming industry conferences, Game Developer Conference (GDC) 12 and SXSW Interactive 2012.

Business leaders agree that the payoff for diligent performance load testing is huge. Every day we read about website failures. When websites crash, businesses are at least partially closed. As more and more businesses move to the cloud, it’s imperative that these businesses keep a close watch on quality and continually test, monitor and validate application performance to consider: What is the potential cost of poor performance of my cloud application? Is there a bottleneck that could hamper performance or worse, cause the site to crash? What is the load limit? Are applications fine-tuned for maximum success?

Apica will provide live demonstrations of its Apica WebExcellence Suite, which includes Apica LoadTest, Apica WebPerformance and Apica WebOverload. The suite helps users test, monitor and optimize cloud applications, enabling a true understanding of how cloud applications will be and are performing.

Cloud Connect takes place from March 5-9, 2012 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco. Visit Apica at booth #444.

SXSW Interactive 2012 will be held from March 9-13, 2012 at the Hilton Austin Downtown in Texas. Visit Apica at stand #827.
